01Who provides this service

This service is provided by Ray Tsai (蔡秉叡) as an individual freelancer under the name “Ray Tsai Studio”, based in Taiwan. “I” below means Ray.

02What is collected

• Website contact form: the name, shop name, phone, LINE ID, email, selected needs and message you enter, plus the site, page language and time of sending. To prevent abuse (such as many messages from one source in a short time), your IP address is stored only as a salted hash, never in raw form, and the hash is cleared after 30 days.
• LINE Official Account: your LINE display name, the user identifier LINE provides to this service, and the messages and files you send.
• Site visits: only a total page-view count, with nothing that identifies you.

03Cookies, browser storage and third-party content

• This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies and loads no third-party analytics or ad scripts; fonts and images are served from this site.
• So that reloading or switching languages doesn't count a visit twice, the site keeps a random ID and a “counted” flag in your browser's sessionStorage, which is cleared when you close the tab. The ID contains no personal data and the counter server keeps it for about 10 minutes only to remove duplicates. To limit unusual bursts of requests, the server turns your IP address into a salted hash that changes every day and deletes it when the limit window ends; the raw IP is never stored.
• The video in the About section shows only a cover image stored on this site. YouTube's (Google's) embedded player loads only after you press play, and YouTube may then use cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy policy. If you don't press play, nothing is loaded from YouTube.
• The LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and GitHub links in the footer are plain links; those sites are contacted only if you click them.

04Where data is stored

• Contact form messages are stored on Cloudflare (Workers / Durable Objects) and can be read only by Ray.
• Conversations on the LINE Official Account are handled by a freelance assistant running on Ray's computer.
• When a new message arrives, a notice is sent to Ray's private Discord. It contains only the name, shop name, selected needs and a short excerpt of the message (up to 120 characters) — no phone number, LINE ID or email.

05How data is used

Data is used only to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes, and build and maintain websites. It is not sold, not used for marketing lists, and not given to third parties unrelated to these purposes.

06AI assistance

Your enquiry may be organised and replies drafted with the help of AI tools (for example model services from OpenAI or Anthropic). Final quotes and any commitments are confirmed by Ray personally.

07Service providers

These providers process data for the purposes above, each under its own terms:

• Cloudflare (hosting and the contact form back office)
• LY Corporation (LINE)
• Discord (new-message notices)
• The AI service providers above (organising and drafting replies)

08How long data is kept

• Contact form messages: deleted automatically 180 days after they are archived in the back office.
• IP hashes: cleared after 30 days.
• LINE conversations: kept as long as the project needs; after the project ends you can ask for them to be deleted.

09Your rights

You can email or message on LINE to ask to see, correct or delete your data, and Ray will handle it within a reasonable time. Email: allcare.rickray@gmail.com
