01Quotes

There are no fixed packages; every project is quoted individually. Prices listed on this site (website build NT$3,000–5,000, monthly care NT$1,000) are starting references, and the quote sets the actual amount.

02Building and payment

• While the site is being built, you get a password-protected preview address (not your real domain) to review it.
• Once you confirm the site is ready to go live, payment is made in full in one go; only after that is the real domain connected and the site made public.

03Maintenance

• Up to 4 small changes per month; unused changes do not carry over.
• Change requests get a reply within 2 working days.
• New pages or larger redesigns are quoted separately.
• Maintenance is prepaid three months at a time; yearly payment comes with a discount (amount agreed separately).

04Hosting and domains

• By default the site is hosted on Ray's Cloudflare account and operated by Ray on your behalf.
• The domain is registered in the client's name, and the client pays for renewals.
• When the engagement ends, you can ask for a transfer.

05Your content

Text, images and trademarks you provide must be ones you have the legal right to use.

06Limits

The site relies on third-party services (such as Cloudflare and LINE); outages or failures of those services are not covered.

07Other matters and updates

Anything not covered by these terms is agreed in writing for each project. If these terms change, the date of the update is shown on this page. For how personal data is handled, see the Privacy Policy.
